"Charges of the cavalry", 8 mezzotints including the title page, each approx. 26.5 x 18 cm (sheets 5 and 6 each 29 x 20 cm), 24.5 x 16.5 cm (PM), unframed, paper browned, stained. The sheets of this cycle, already described by Nagler as a "Kapitalfolge", were created according to Füssli in 1700 and thus represent the first mezzotints by Georg Philipp Rugendas the Elder, which he also published in his own publishing house in Augsburg.
