Purpose

These terms govern the use of Bidorado, a free search service for auctions held in Germany.

Account

Creating an account is free. It is done via a login link sent by email. The account gives access to links to lots, alerts and tracking.

Bidorado's role

Bidorado is not a party to the sales. Bidding, payments, collections and disputes are exclusively a matter for the seller and their terms of sale. All-in prices and shipping estimates are indicative.

Fair use

Automated copying of the site, use of robots and resale of the data are prohibited.

Liability

Bidorado endeavours to publish accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee it. Always check the listing and the terms on the seller's website before bidding.
