Where wholesale lots come from

Pallets and wholesale lots come mainly from store liquidations, end-of-line stock, customer returns and insolvency stock. They are found on clearance and insolvency platforms such as Restlos, IVG, NetBid or AURENA, with regional liquidators, and at auction houses. Customs and courts also sell seized lots, often mixed. VEBEG disposes of government and military equipment, sometimes by sealed tender. These sales are scattered and little known outside Germany, which Bidorado's Radar makes visible.

Checkpoints before bidding

Read the German description: "defekt", "ungeprüft", "ohne Festplatte", "nur für Gewerbetreibende". A lot sold "as seen" comes without warranty, and some are reserved for businesses. Check the exact composition, number of units, sizes and models, as photos do not show everything. Calculate the price per unit, including buyer's fees and transport. At private auction houses, the Aufgeld often ranges from 15 to 33%, plus 19% VAT depending on the scheme. Bidorado shows the all-in price for comparison.

Collection or delivery of the lot

Many pallets are to be collected on site, under "nur Abholung". Arrange a suitable vehicle, a loading dock or forklift, and straps for the load. Some sellers ship within Germany or the EU, often on pallets. A carrier or a relay address in Germany allows you to bring the lot over. An EU business with a valid VAT identification number can often buy without German VAT by providing proof of transport, depending on the seller. Bidorado does not sell anything: you bid on the official site.

Frequently asked questions: Bulk lots

Where can I find wholesale lots at auction in Germany?

Bidorado brings together sales from clearance and insolvency platforms, liquidators, customs, courts and auction houses. You see pallets, customer returns and end-of-line stock, with the all-in price. The bidding then takes place on the seller's official website.

Are wholesale lots guaranteed?

Often not. Many are sold as seen, without guarantee, and some are restricted to businesses. German terms like "defekt" or "ungeprüft" indicate the actual condition. Read the description and accept the risk before bidding.

How do I get a pallet from Germany?

If the seller does not ship, arrange collection on site with a suitable vehicle, or use a carrier or a forwarding address in Germany. For a business purchase without VAT, ask the seller for the conditions and provide proof of transport.
